Dr. Melacor with the Project SAVE
container in the Philippines.

One of the many inspirational stories we are happy to share from our Project S.A.V.E. family

Overwhelmed with joy and amazement

Hi to All,

As you know this is music to my ears! The Philippine container is now in Malaybalay.

I also, just received notice that the container has arrived in the port of Caucedo, Dominican Republic. The missionaries there are making arrangements to have it trucked to San Cristobal. We are praying they won't charge them duty!!

Dear Janice,

Greetings! Yes the shipment has arrived!

Blessie and I met the shipment at the CDO port, and then had it trucked up to Bethel after going thru with all the brokerage, arrastre, and customs procedures. Alfred took pictures of the shipment's arrival at Bethel and took pictures of them unloading the van.

I haven't gotten the pictures. What I have attached are the pictures taken from the container yard in CDO. When we get back to Bethel next Thursday, I'll get the rest of the pictures from Alfred and will email them to you.

Everyone at Bethel Baptist Hospital was just overwhelmed with joy and amazement when the saw the wonderful stuff inside the van.

The pediatrician who has joined our staff was so happy to see the incubator. What we had was an old one - over 25 yrs old, which just served as a heating box to keep our neonated one - doing this with hot bottles placed inside the 'incubator.' The C-ARM is another winner.

Again, our sincerest and deepest gratitude!

Warmly,

Allan
